Asst. Dir. Musical Production (Stage Manager)

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in theatre arts
• related experience as director or assistant preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production & direction of three performances of
• one musical play at the high school
• Assist with instruction in all aspects of theatre arts
• Attend all rehearsals; supervise and direct all backstage crew and cast for all three performances
• Direct and or delegate all technical aspects of the play including but not limited to:
• Lighting,
• makeup,
• sets,
• sound and lighting equipment,
• sound and lighting design

Terms of Employment/Salary/Work Year:

As negotiated by the Fitchburg School Committee and the Fitchburg Education Association (FEA). Extra Curricular Salary Schedule - Level 5.

 

This is a pension-eligible stipend for an extracurricular club or class.  

 

This is a one-year appointment.  

 

Reports to:        Principal/Assistant Principal

Evaluated by:    Principal/Assistant Principal
